- Payment for container rental should be made by standing order and is payable monthly in advance.
- If the container rental remains unpaid after three months, Syston Self Storage reserve the right to remove the contents and dispose as we see fit. Any funds realised from the disposal of the goods will be allocated against the outstanding debt.
- Insurance – all goods stored in the container are to be insured by the person renting the container. No illegal or dangerous items are to be stored in the containers.
- Syston Self Storage is responsible for insuring the container.
- Syston Self Storage provides heavy duty locks, however, you may use your own lock if desired.
- 14 days notice is required to terminate the rental of the container.
- The person renting the container is responsible for leaving it empty clean and tidy. Any keys and locks should be returned to Syston Self Storage.
